Background
The Porsche Cayman was introduced in late 2005, the design of the Cayman incorporates styling cues from classic Porsches; 356, 550 Coupe and the 904 Coupe. The Cayman is powered by a mid-mounted 2.7 litre flat-six mated to a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic gearbox. As a result the Cayman is an incredibly capable sportscar with confidence inspiring balance.

Exterior
Our hand selected 2008 Porsche Cayman looks stunning in its gloss coat of Schwarz Black, an optional colour for the car. The paintwork condition is very good, with only minor blemishes, we have just had the front bumper professionally resprayed. The Cayman has been waxed with Autoglym High Definition Wax by us, which will help protect the paintwork and repel surface contaminants. All the trim has a perfect finish, as do the front and rear lights, which are free from any damage or moisture buildup. The windows drop as they should when you open the door. The engine and boot struts also operate as they should.

Interior
The black leather seats and rest of the interior leathers are in very good condition and provide a perfect pairing to the Balck bodywork. There are no marks or signs of wear to any of the trim, panels or switchgear, with the leather retaining a wholly fresh appearance throughout.

Engine and Transmission
Our Cayman is equipped with the 2.7 litre flat six engine. The Cayman engine produces 242bhp and 201 ft-lb of torque. The axle load distribution of approximately 45:55 ensures high directional stability and superb road behaviour. The engine starts cleanly when cold or hot, there is no smoke whatsoever either at startup or when driving. There are no unusual sounds or rattles when the engine is running.

Wheels, Tyres and Brakes
The striking 19-inch Carrera Classic 5-spoke lightweight alloy wheels finished with coloured Porsche crests are the perfect contrast to the recently refurbished red brake callipers, the wheels have also just been fully refurbished so are free from any marks or damage. The brakes are phenomenal, cross drilled and vented discs front and rear. The front and rear brake discs and pads are in good condition without any lip or corrosion. The tyres are Porsche N-rated Bridgestone Potenza, with plenty of tread remaining.

Our Porsche Cayman has a full Official Porsche Centre and Porsche Specialist Dealer service history with evidence of work carried out shown in the original service book and accompanying invoices. The next service is due in around 17,500 miles or 15 months time, whichever comes sooner.
