This is a highly optioned and unmarked 2011 BMW 1M, finished in Sapphire Black Metallic with Black Boston Leather with Kyalami Orange Contrast stitching. Limited production run keeps demand high and many were coveted by collectors from new, currently there are just 374 examples registered in the UK. There were also only 132 ordered in Sapphire Black Metallic, making it the rarest of the three colours (150 Alpine White and 168 Valencia Orange). This 1M has almost every option available fitted from new, including Professional Satellite Navigation, Harman/Kardon Surround Sound System, Shadow Line Exterior Trim Pack, Bi-Xenon Headlights, Bluetooth Phone Preparation, iPod/Auxiliary Input, Rear Parking Sensors, Voice Control, DAB Radio, BMW Assist, M Sports Seats with lumbar support and Seat Heating. The brake discs and pads were changed at 42,000 miles, the brake pads have 23,000 miles remaining. Brand new Michelin tyres all round on totally unmarked as-new original M alloy wheels. The 1M is the closest BMW have got to remaking the original E30 M3, it is purposeful yet with compact dimensions. The aggressive styling still looks fresh and will age very well. The twin turbo engine is extremely potent, offering huge amounts of torque. The 1M looks like a 1 series on steroids, every panel is pumped up and ready for battle. The body has been melted over the mechanicals, taught and purposeful.

Few would be able to comprehend the sheer pace and pleasure offered by this pint sized hot rod. Because it’s fast. No quantifying statements needed here. We’re not talking about ‘in class’, or ‘compared to the base model’. We’re simply talking FAST. As in pull up next to anything this side of a supercar and look ‘em dead in the eye fast.

///Exterior
The BMW 1M Sapphire Black Metallic paintwork is in excellent condition, with no blemishes on any panel. The BMW 1M Coupe has been detailed with Gtechniq products, which will protect the paintwork and repel surface contaminants for years to come, there is a 7 year guarantee from application. All the trim has a perfect finish, as do the front and rear lights, which are free from any damage or moisture. The windows drop as they should when you open the doors. The engine and boot struts operate as they should. This car has been kept in the garage by its current owner.

///Interior
The Black Boston leather with contrast Kyalami Orange stitching M Sports Memory seats are in excellent condition. The handbrake/gearknob gaiters, dashboard and door cards are trimmed in Alcantara with matching Kyalami Orange contrast stitching. There are no marks or signs of wear to any of the trim or switchgear, with the leather retaining a wholly fresh appearance throughout. The sleek aesthetic is topped-off with features like the M Sport leather steering wheel complete with M-Power coloured stitching. We have cleaned and treated the interior leather with AutoGlym products so they are protected for the future.

///Engine and Transmission
The 1M is equipped with a very free-revving six-cylinder in-line engine with BMW M TwinPower Turbo technology and 335bhp. Its maximum torque of 369ft lb (500nm) on overboost ensures extreme pulling power at all speeds and acceleration from 0-62mph in under 4.9 seconds.

Second gear is the most savage of the lot, the torque on overboost when you nail your foot to the floor is more than the E92 M3

///Wheels, Tyres and Brakes
The 1M Coupe rides on lightweight 19” M Y-spoke 359M alloy wheels which are as new, totally unmarked. Brand new Michelin tyres all round. The 1M has M Division suspension and steering. The front and rear brake discs are floating two-piece items with internal venting which provides a huge amount of stopping power. The brake discs and pads show very little wear, having covered little over 10,000 miles. According to the onboard computer the brake pads have 23,000 miles and 24,000 miles remaining front and rear respectively.

The BMW 1M Coupe has a full BMW main dealer service history with the running-in check being carried out at 855 miles in May 2011. The first service was carried out in June 2013 at 19k (Inspection II), then February 2015 at 40k, then April 2017 at 48k (Inspection II). The most recent service at BMW was an Oil and Brake Fluid service at 52,452 miles in February 2018. The brake discs and pads were changed at 42,049 miles in September 2015.
